My Story
With over 20 years of experience in the field of exercise physiology and health coaching, I bring a deep commitment to helping people create lasting, meaningful change in their lives. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, am an ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach—credentials that reflect both clinical expertise and a whole-person approach to health.
Through my practice, Kristen Miller Coaching, I blend evidence-based strength training with holistic health coaching to support clients in building sustainable habits for strength, vitality, and longevity. My philosophy—Harvesting Gains—means cultivating growth in every area of life, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I believe in progress over perfection, and I coach with empathy, precision, and a relentless belief in what’s possible.
My clinical background includes work in Yale Cardiopulmonary Rehab and Dartmouth’s Non-Invasive Cardiac Testing Department, experiences that have shaped my attentive, client-centered approach. I’ve seen first-hand how intentional movement, nutrition, and mindset can radically transform lives.
The people I work with are ready for the long game. They understand that there’s no magic pill—just smart strategy, consistency, and hard work. Together, we build strength, balance, and confidence that lasts—helping you feel better in your body and reclaim control over your health.
